Christmas 2010 means “Diffusing Augustinian Love to Those Who Have Less” for UNO-Recoletos.
The UNO-Rians will share Christmas goodies with fisher folks, urban poor and relocation settlers, children garbage scavengers, sidewalk and ambulant vendors, prisoners in the jail, individuals with special needs, elderly, sick people, individuals in the janitorial services, security guards, and maintenance and casual workers.
The religious community of UNO-Recoletos headed by Rev. Fr. Emeterio Buñao,OAR commemorated the OAR Foundation day, which traces back to 1588.
The University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos Fray Luis de Leon Library held the Awarding of the Top Borrowers and IMC Users 2009-2010 and the launching of the Library Web page last tuesday, December 1, 2010 at the 2nd floor Fray Luis Library with the theme “Global Interaction for linkages through books and Information Communication Technology “or “Pangdaigdigang Pakikipag-ugnayan sa Pamamagitan ng Aklat,Komyunikasyon at Teknolohiya”.
