• Date of Payment (required)

2. Enter the amount paid for:

• Enrollment Fee
• Tuition Fees (current Accounts/Past Due/Old Accounts)
• Books
• Records and Certificates (Transcripts of Records, Diploma, and Certification)
• Others (ID, Breakages, Compre, Research, etc)

3. Select the mode of payment.

• Bank (Deposit/Fund Transfer/GCash and Others)
• Payment Center
• Palawan
• Cebuana Lhuiller

4. Upload Proof of payment.

5. Declaration of consent. Check “Agree” and click “Submit”.

6. Confirmation Message

7. A response receipt will be sent directly to your email address.
