Following the Ceremonial MOU Signing held during the Higher Education Partnerships Conference in Jakarta, Indonesia on September 27–28, 2025, between Raffles University President Assoc. Dr. Greg Pritchard and UNO-R International Affairs Director Dr. Agnes Sequiño, UNO-R University President Rev. Fr. Joel A. Alve, OAR, formally signed the final Memorandum of Understanding at the Meridin Campus in Johor Bahru, Malaysia last December 2, 2025.
The UNO-R delegation was composed of Fr. Alve, Dr. Sequiño, Dr. Elmer Haro, Dean of the College of Information Technology, and Dr. Sheila Arnibal, Dean of the College of Allied Medical Health Sciences. During the visit, Dr. Haro met with Raffles University’s AI expert, Dr. Sasa, to discuss the collaborative AI Lecture Series, while Dr. Arnibal held discussions with Vice President for Academics Assoc.Prof. Dr. Tan Wee Chuen regarding Raffles University’s need for mentoring as they prepare to offer a Diploma in Nursing program. | via Internationalization Office
