VP-Admin Leads Parish Life In Saipan

Fr. Sixto Bitangjol, OAR, Vice President for Administration, flew to Saipan on the 18th of June to cater to the request of Fr. Rey D. Rosal, Pastor of San Vicente Parish in Saipan, to minister the said parish in his absence due to his scheduled medical check-up and vacation from June 23 to August 11, 2009.

UNO-R HOSTS 1ST BISHOP-MEDIA FORUM

The University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos played host to the 1st Bishop-Media Forum held in the afternoon of June 27 at the President’s Hall.  The forum, which anchored on the theme, “How will Media cover the 2010 Elections?”, was sponsored by the Diocese of Bacolod Commission on Social Communication with the Mass Communication students of Bro. Jaazeal Jakosalem, OAR comprising the different working committees.

UNO-R Ends 3-Day Student Workshop

A three-day leadership seminar workshop was held at UNO-Recoletos last May 26, 27 and 28, 2009. This annual activity is sponsored by the UNO-R Administration in cooperation with the Supreme Student Government, UNO-R League of Governors and the UNO-R Campus Organizations Federation.  The design of the training –workshop is patterned from Big Brother, Survivor and Amazing Race.
