The Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) aims to develop highly motivated, inspiring, and competent teachers specializing in the content and pedagogy for basic education.
The Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) Program of the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos aims to produce graduates who practice the teaching profession in the basic education. The graduates of this program are Physical Education teachers who are competent in applying scientific and evidence-based practices critical to the physical education and learning processes ; excellent at demonstrating skillful performance in a variety of physical activities; competent in employing innovative teaching approaches, methodologies, and strategies using appropriate educational technology; and active in leading relevant and transformative changes to improve Physical Education learning and teaching.
