The Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) aims to develop highly motivated, inspiring, and competent teachers specializing in the content and pedagogy for elementary education.
The Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) Program of the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos aims to produce graduates who practice the teaching profession at the elementary level. It includes various allied disciplines like social sciences, science, math, technology, languages, humanities, and home and livelihood education to ensure that the graduates have a multi-disciplinary preparation in content and pedagogy. The graduates of this program are elementary school teachers who are articulate in their field of practice and can communicate in English and Filipino both orally and in writing; competent in employing innovative teaching approaches, methodologies, and strategies using appropriate educational technology; and active in leading relevant and transformative changes to improve Elementary Education learning and teaching.
