Richelle Verdeprado-Mangga, RSW, MSSW, PhD, JD, RBGS Master of Science in Social Work Program Head, was appointed by Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez as head of the Department of Social Service and Development (DSSD) – Bacolod.
Dr. Mangga was 2nd place in the 2011 Social Works Licensure Exams (SWLE). She is also one of the Ayala Young Leaders’ Congress (AYLC) participants and rapporteur. She stands as one of the founders of the Sowing Legacy Movement. At the University, she worked as Director of the University Community Development Office (UCDO), and the Department Chair of the BS Social Work Program of the College of Arts and Sciences. She also volunteered with the Society of Saint Columban (SSC) Misyon Online Magazine. She was one of the Outstanding Student Leaders and a staff of the University Publication – Tolentine Star.
