The University, represented by Fray Don H. Besana, OAR, and Colegio de Santo Tomas โRecoletos, San Carlos City, represented by Fray Joel Alve, OAR, signed a Memorandum of Agreement to avail of the resources and services of the Fray Luis de Leon library. The MOA shall be for 5 years. The Moa signing was done at the Conference Room of the Fr. Presidentโs office, on March 31, 2022. With Ms. Sheila de la Cruz and Dr. Carlos Legaspi, Jr. as witnesses.
