The 3rd Religious and Lay (ReLay) Administrators Conference was held last December 14, 2018 at the University President’s Hall. The activity opened with a community rosary which was followed by the Opening Remarks from the Fr. President and a message from Rev. Fr. Ronel Gealon, OAR, UNO-R VP-Admin. Fr. Gealon shared the 3 P’s of Advent which are Preparation, Productivity and Patience. He further expounded that Advent is a spiritual preparation, not only for material and financial preparations for the holidays. He also shared that by being productive, we do good for God and for our fellowmen and that we have to be patient for the best time is in God’s time. So he told the group to slow down, take time and put ourselves in the presence of the Lord.
Associate Director of the Human Resource Management and Development office, Dr. Carmenda Leonoras; ICTD Head, Mr. Mariano Antenor; and Mr. Mars Olea, Supervisor of the Safety and Security Department presented their accomplishment reports and plans. Christmas party for RELAY members followed where games and surprises were held. The conference ended with the exchange of gifts.
