The Philippine Librarians Association, Inc.–Negros Island Region Librarians Council (NIRLC) in partnership with the Negros Occidental Librarians Association (NOCLA) and CeLogic Philippines and University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos, will hold a seminar-workshop on “Fostering Holistic Competencies of Librarians and Information Professionals in Digital Environment” on Aug. 30-31 at the President’s Hall, UNO-R.
