The university administrators held a 2-day planning at the President’s Hall, April 19-20, 2018. During the first day, the offices under the vice Presidents gave their accomplishment reports, challenges and opportunities. Fr. Don Besana, OAR, VP-Academics gave the report of the offices under him. Dr. Carmenda Leonoras reported for the office of the VP-Admin, Fr. William Villaflor, OAR, Mr. Ildefonso Obligado, Mrs. Ma. Luisa Catague and Mr. Alvin Mananquil gave their reports for the offices under the VP-Finance. Dr. Dexter Paul Dioso delivered the report under the office of the VP-Student Welfare and Fr. Persiuz Decena for the offices under the VP-Religious Affairs. In the afternoon, Program Accreditation and Certification were tackled. The rapporteurs were Engr. Christopher Alunan for PAASCU visit 2018 for Electronics Engineering, Dr. Elmer Haro for PAASCU visit for Information Technology; Dr. Richelle Verdeprado and Dr. Sheila Arnibal for Social Work and Nursing as new applicants for PAASCU accreditation; Mrs. Judy Legaspi and Dr. Annabee Claur for Interim visits 2019 for the areas of Administration and Arts, Education and Business. On the second day, Dr. Haro presented the Client satisfaction survey on faculty (2017-2018) while Fr. President invited everyone to revisit the nine themes of his administration. Dr. Mona Secondes of the Research and Development office reported on her office’s and community development office’s agenda. Mr. Obligado presented the facilities Development Plan for 2018-19. UNOFELA activities were also discussed. In the afternoon, the calendar of activities for College, Integrated School and Faculty and employees were presented by Dr. Dioso, Mrs. Lucille Montalvo, MAEd, and Dr. Leonoras, respectively. The Father President closed the program by thanking everyone for their cooperation under his administration.
