UNO-R School of Law Dean Atty. John Paolo Villasor, MSc will attend the 23rd House of Delegates Convention of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in Puerto Princesa, Palawan on January 18-20, 2018. The theme of the 23rd Convention is “Charting a Course Forward: Utilizing and Preserving the Gains from Victory in the West Philippine Sea.” Plenary Speakers before the Convention include Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio and Secretary Delfin Lorenzana of the Department of National Defense. As member of the IBP Committee on International Law and International Affairs, he is also invited to sit as moderator for the Panel 1 discussion on Environmental Law, Writ of Kalikasan and Compensation for Environmental Damage on January 19, 2018. Speakers in the panel discussion are Ms. Gina Lopez; DENR Usec Maria Paz Luna; Atty. Gloria Ramos of Oceana and Atty. Domingo Egon Cayosa of IBP.
