In the recent “Sabor Bisaya” competitions held at SMX – Bacolod. UNO-R, represented by Matthew Aaron Goticco and Jo Lit T. Librodo, was named champion in “The Soup Kitchen” category while Rene Christian Montebon and Shawn Michael T. Redel were champions in Klasika Kulinarya. The other winners are Kert Jopet Tecson -Bronze (high) in Flair Bartendening (student category); Christian J Gefes –Bronze in Cocktail Mixing (student category); Dona dela Peňa –bronze in Mocktail Mixing (student category). UNO-R got the silver (high) in Chef wars represented by King Gasper Sapalaran, Dio Anne Pangue and June Steve Barredo. Their coach is Chef Don Angelo Colmenares. (data from CBA)
