The Supreme Court of the Philippines in corporation with the University Of Negros Occidental-Recoletos School Of Law will conduct a seminar-workshop on the Major Changes in the Bar Examinations which is entitled “Preparing for the 2011 Bar Exams and Beyond.” With Associate Justice Roberto A. Abad, Supreme Court of the Philippines Chairman of the 2011 Bar Examinations.

The said seminar will be held on September 17, 2010, Friday, 8:00 am-12:00 pm at the University Presidents’ Hall. The program will start with an opening prayer to be lead by Rev. Fr. Emeterio Buñao, OAR, welcoming remarks will be given by the University President Rev. Fr. Dionisio C. Cachero, OAR, while, Atty. John Paolo A. Villasor, Dean of School of Law will introduce the guest lecturer.
According to Dean Villasor, the symposium will help students understand the changes that will be implemented in the 2011 Bar Examinations, especially the form of the examinations. A Testimonial Dinner in honor of Justice Abad was given by the UNO-R Administration last night at the UNO-Recoletos President’s Hall.
The seminar – workshop will be followed a faculty of Law workshop: activity 1 – Knowledge and Recall; Activity 2 – Understanding; and Activity 3 – Analysis and Solution.
