Hanna Mae Pama Caguete, BEED, ranked 6th in the September 2023 Licensure Examinations for Professional Teachers (Elementary Level). She graduated summa cum laude last June 2023. She was also awarded the Outstanding Pre-Service Teacher’s Award and the UNO-R College of Education Outstanding Thesis Award recipient. She also received the Professional Association for Teachers and Educators – Region VI (PAFTE) Pre-Service Teachers Award. She finished her senior high school at Bacolod City National High School. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) released the September 2023 Results of the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT). The two agencies announced that 23,782 elementary teachers out of 50,593 examinees (47.01%) and 53,995 secondary teachers out of 95,969 examinees (56.26%) successfully passed the LEPT given last September 24, 2023. The University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R) first-timers passing rate for Elementary Education (BEEd) is 100% over the National Passing Rate of 47.01%.
