CATHOLIC MEDIA NETWORK PRESIDENT VISITS UNO-R

Michael Voris, STB, President and Founder of St. Michael Media in Ferndale, MI, USA will be in the University for a Forum on February 15 at 9amat the university auditorium. Mr. Voris received his Baccalaureate degree in Sacred Theology –Magna cum laude- from Sacred Heart Major Seminary/Angelicum in Rome in April 2009. He has been in the world of mass media since 1983. He had worked at CBS News in New York(1983-84); CBS affiliate anchor in Albany, Duluth and Cheyenne(1984-86); Broadcast news producer and reporter for Fox 2 in Detroit(1992 -96); won 4 Emmys in Broadcast news production (1992-1996); Began operation of independent TV Production company (1997); frequent host of Michigan Catholic Radio Network (2004-2006); Founded St. Michael’s Media (2006); started the RealCatholicTV.com (2008); inducted into the knighthood of the Royal Order of St. Michael of the Wing, Royal House of Portugal (2011). The bishop is requesting students of Arts and Sciences, Mass Communication, and Religious education to attend this forum for it will not only widen their knowledge but will deepen their faith.
