The College of Arts and Sciences Chorale, composed of the Dean, the faculty and students, bagged the championship title of the Daigon contest held last December 20, 2011 at the University Auditorium. College of Engineering and the College of Criminal Justice Education were 1st and 2nd runners-up respectively. The over-all chairpersons-in-charge of the Da-igon contest is Mrs. Barbara Cordova, MA and Ms. Christine Corcelles.
Also, UNOSSGO, headed by Junell Lupo, gave prizes for the Christmas Tree contest. The champion is the College of Business and Accountancy. The PE Department, headed by Mrs. Joselina Basa, also had the search for the best Lantern. The winners were the classes of Mr. Tobians Sapul(Champion); Mrs. Nona Garcia (2nd) and Mrs. Basa (3rd).
