Fray Don H. Besana, OAR, University President, issued memo no. 030 s. AY 2021-2022 regarding the COVID 19 Vaccination Program of the University in cooperation with the City of Bacolod and EOC.
A two-day vaccination activity for the UNO-R employees and students and their immediate household
members will be held on November 25-26, 2021. The schedules and venues are as follows:
• Integrated School Faculty, Students (at least 12 years old), and Household Members
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Venue: UNO-R Covered Court
Note: Entrance should be made through the IS Gate along Roxas Avenue, B.C.
• Tertiary Faculty, Students, and Household Members and Employees and Household
Members
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Venue: UNO-R Gym
Note: Entry should be made through the Gym Entrance along Lizares Ave.
Those who wish to avail of the vaccination program are advised to answer all the surveys
administered by the Research and Development Office (RDO). Also, they are advised to attend the Virtual Orientation via Zoom and UNO-R Facebook on November 23 at 10 AM; this is to be conducted by Dr. Chris Sorongon, Medical Director of the EOC. Zoom link will be announced soon.
Special lanes will be provided for those who shall avail of the second dose.
