Four alumni of the university will be awarded as “Distinguished Alumni” at the L’fisher Hotel on the 28th of September during the General Alumni Homecoming Awards Night. They are: Dr. Raul Alvarez; Mr. Harold F.Limbo; Maria Teresa A. Limsiaco; and Dr. Roy B. Basa. Governor Alfredo Marañon will also be awarded Special Citation for Public Service and Good Governance. He belongs to ONI HS Class 53, Diamond Jubilarians.
CHED Special Order 45 s.2013 on the Re-assignments of CHED Officials states that Dr. Isabela Mahler, EdD, DPA, CESO III, Director IV of CHED –CARAGA is now assigned as CHEDRO VI Regional Director effective September 15,2013. Mahler had previously been the Regional Director of CHEDRO VI.
