Marlene Rivera–Lamata signed a Conditional Deed of Donation last February 16, 2024, in the President’s Conference Room. The donor, together with her children Francis, Joshua, Jose Nielbert, and Fatima, have pledged support for the construction of a building on the campus for TESDA and other short-term programs on skills training.
The conditions, as stated in the Deed, are that the family shall oversee the construction of the building and the procurement of necessary equipment to enhance the skills development of the students enrolled in TESDA programs, while the university will oversee the safety of the construction ensuring that it meets the specification required by TESDA.
