With the approval of the School Board, please take note of the following important dates and guidelines:
📌 October 31, 2023, has been declared an Institutional Holiday. On this day, classes across all levels and work will be suspended.
📌 On November 3-4, 2023, while we have regular class days, please note that the classes will be asynchronous. All offices will be functional on November 3, but only the offices handling necessary transactions will operate on November 4.
📌 A special highlight is our University Week celebration scheduled from November 13-18, 2023. All students, faculty, and other concerned personnel are permitted to access the University premises any day, including Sundays. However, do keep in mind that there is an exception for October 30 and November 2. As we gear up for the University Week, please coordinate with the Office of Student Affairs to ensure smooth preparations.
