The university held a year-end Assessment of Operational Plans at the President’s Hall, June 26 and 27, 2023. Fr. Joel Alve, OAR, university President, opened the activity while Dr. Alfredo Alava, incoming PQA Director, read the house rules for the activity.
Different office heads gave their year-end assessment reports based on the Agenda Statements. The following offices gave the reports on the first day, External Affairs, Planning and Quality Assurance, Human Resource Management and Development Office. Safety and Security Department, Integrated School (N-10 and grades 11-12), College of Allied Medical Health Sciences, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business and Accountancy, College of Criminal Justice Education, College of Education, College of Engineering, College of Information Technology, Recoletos de Bacolod Graduate School and Student Development and Placement Center.
Reports for the second day came from the Registrar, Research and Development, Accounting, MIS, Property Administrator, Student Affairs, UCDO, Scholarships’. Sports, CMO and Religious Education Department.
