Protocol 0007/15,issued March 18, 2015, appoints the priors and vice-priors of all OAR houses in the Province of St. Ezekiel Moreno. Rev. Fr. William Emilito C. Villaflor, OAR and Rev. Fr. Loreto H. Dacanay, OAR are appointed Prior and vice-Prior of the community of University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos respectively.
Rev. Fr. William Emilito Cardenas Villaflor, OAR, is a Native of Toledo City, Cebu City. He entered the Order of Augustinian Recoletos (OAR) and had his Simple Profession in 1984 (Baguio), Solemn Profession in 1987 (Spain), Sacerdotal Ordination in October 16, 1988 at OLMCP-R Church, Cebu City. His religious assignments include: Colegio de Santo Tomas -Recoletos, San Carlos City; San Sebastian College – Recoletos, Manila City; University of San Jose-Recoletos, Cebu City; San Sebastian College – Recoletos de Cavite; and San Sebastian College – Recoletos, Manila (2010). He was also assigned as VP-Finance in UNO-R in 2004.
Meanwhile, Rev. Fr. Loreto Cesar Hufana Dacanay, OAR, is a Native of Baguio City. He entered the Order of Augustinian Recoletos (OAR ) and had his Simple Profession in 1984 (Baguio), Solemn Profession in 1987 (Spain), Sacerdotal Ordination in August 28, 1988 at San Sebastian Basilica, Manila. Fr. Dacanay had been with the missionary apostolate of the Order. His previous religious assignments include: USJ-R, Cebu City; STV-R, San Carlos City; Talisay City, Cebu; Pauni, Brazil; Antipolo City; Canutama, Brazil; Tapua, Brazil; and UNO-R, Bacolod City.
