The new set of officers of the UNO-R Faculty Employees Labor Association (UNOFELA) was inducted into office February 12, 2014 at the Chalet I, at L’ Fisher Hotel. The program opened with the Invocation by Mr. Dennis Madrigal and Opening Remarks was given by Mrs. Eden Galve. Hon. Hacelfeo Cuares, OIC –RCMB -6 was the guest speaker and induction officer, who was introduced by Dr. Ma. Riza Manalo. Atty. Arleen Medina, outgoing UNOFELA President, gave his parting message and turned-over the responsibility to the new President, Engr. Noli E. Ortiz, who gave his response and inaugural address. Mrs. Jelyn Gaspillo gave the closing remarks. The 2014-2019 officers are: Engr. Noli Ortiz – President; Mrs. Eden Galve – VicePresident; Mr. Dennis Madrigal – Secretary; Mrs. Catherine Sebastian – Treasurer; Mrs. Judy Mendoza – Auditor; Mrs. Gliceria Gilbuena –PIO; Mr. William Montaño and Mr. Robert Villaruz – Sgt. at Arms. Board of Directors are: Warren Almarza; Fernando Flores; Jelyn Gaspillo; Caryl Vina Jabasa; Peter Jaena, Dr. Ma. Riza Manalo; Freddie Parreño; and Reymund Sabay.
