Former and present UNO-R religious administrators compose the Provincial Council of the Order of the Augustinian Recollects Province of St. Ezekiel Moreno: Fr. Bernard Amparado, OAR; Fr. Leopoldo Estioko, OAR; Fr. Raul Buhay, OAR; and Fr. Emeterio Buñao, OAR.
Fr. Bernard Amparado, OAR served UNO-R as Vice President for Academics (1997-200) and as University President (200-2003) before he was assigned as Rector of the CASICIACO Recoletos Seminary in Baguio City. Meanwhile Fr. Leopoldo Estioko, OAR was UNO-R Vice President for Finance (1994-1997) and became President of San Sebastian College-Recoletos in Cavite (1997-2000) and Provincial Procurator (2000 to present). Fr. Raul Buhay, OAR is concurrently the Vice President for Administration and Academics of UNO-R and President of the SEAP (Secretariat of the Educational Apostolate of the Province of St. Ezekiel). Fr. Emeterio Buñao, OAR is the Prior of the UNO-R Community, RESOURCE President, and UNO-R Scholarships Director.
