As part of the “Growth and Wellness Program” of the Human Resource Management and Development Office, a seminar/workshop entitled “HEART: Human Resource Trail” was conducted to all the employees (teaching and non-teaching) at the UNO-R Presidents’ Hall. The resource speaker was MARIANITO “Jojo” VITO, JR., PhD. The employees were grouped into six (6) batches as follows:
May 22, 2014 (Thursday):1st Batch – (ANTP/NTP/Maintenance) and 2nd Batch – (ANTP/NTP/Maintenance). May 29, 2014 (Thursday): 3rd Batch – (College Faculty) and4th Batch – (College Faculty). May 30, 2014 (Friday): 5th Batch – (Grade School Faculty and Staff) and 6th Batch – (High School Faculty and Staff). Miss Nilda M. Jamili, Associate HRMD Director welcomed the participants. A total of 271 employees participated. On the 1st day 108 employees attended; 2nd day, 76 employees; and on the 3rd day, 57 employees. One of the topics under this seminar/workshop was “How to deal with clients” which is very essential in our dealings with stakeholders. The possible 2016-17 scenario on K-12 were discussed and how to accept reality in life when the time of famine comes. (HRMDO news)
