Students seeking admission must enroll during the enrollment period.
Enrollment by proxy is prohibited.
Students enrolling in college for the first time should graduates of a high school recognized by the Department of Education.
SDPC – Student presents High School ID, 1 passport size picture with name tag, and receipt of P150.00 testing fee (paid at the Accounting Office), then takes the college admission test;
REGISTRAR – Student submits 1 passport size picture with name tag and original copies of NSO birth certificate, NCAE result and HS card. He/She fills out the Student Information Sheet (SIS) form;
ACCOUNTING OFFICE – Student pays the initial payment (P1,500.00)/partial payment and the mandatory fees such as TS fee, UNORSSGO Membership fee and College council fees. Student receives Official Receipt (OR).
COLLEGE – Student submits HS card (photocopy), 2 passport size pictures with name tag, SDPC test result (photocopy). Student receives section assignment. Enrolment officer encodes students’ enrollment details. Student receives hard copy of enrolment form.
DSA – Student submits original copy of certificate of good moral character and applies for school identification card.
For those who have stopped for at least one semester without enrolling in other schools.
1. REGISTRAR – Student gets confirmation on returnee’s status. Student receives verification slip;
2. COLLEGE – Dean evaluates student’s previous record and recommends readmission.
3. DSA – Student verifies non-academic record.
4. SDPC – Student updates cumulative record.
5. ACCOUNTING – Student presents returnee’s verification slip and pays his old account (if any). Student pays the initial payment of P1,500.00/partial payment and the mandatory fees such as TS fee, UNORSSGO membership fee, and College council fees. Student Receives Official Receipt (OR);
6. EVALUATION – Enrolment officer evaluates and encodes student’s enrolment details. Student receives hard copy of enrolment form.
7. DSA – Student applies for identification card.
Continuing students are those who have enrolled in the immediate term in the University. Those who are under academic probation should see the Dean before making payment at the Accounting Office. Those who are subject to clearance by the Office of the Director of Student Affairs should see the Director before making payment at the Accounting Office. Continuing students without any deficiency shall follow these steps:
1. ACCOUNTING – Student pays initial fee of P1,500.00 upon registration and the mandatory fees. Student receives Official Receipt (OR)
2. COLLEGE – Department head evaluates student’s load. Enrolment officer encodes student’s enrolment details. Student receives hard copy of enrolment form.
3. DSA – Student applies for school identification card.
Shifting students are those who wish to transfer to another college within the university; they may be returning students or continuing students.
1. SDPC- Student avails career counseling;
2. PREVIOUS COLLEGE ENROLLED IN – Student requests shifting form;
3. ACCOUNTING – Student pays the initial payment of P1,500.00/partial payment and the mandatory fees such as TS Fee, UNORSSGO membership fee and College council fees. Student receives Official Receipt (OR);
4. COLLEGE TO ENROLL IN – Department head evaluates student’s load. Enrollment officer encodes student’s enrollment details. Student receives hard copy of enrollment form;
5. DSA – Student applies for school identification card.
Transfer students are those who have enrolled in college (leading to a BS degree) or technical course in other schools and wish to enroll in the University. All types of scholars must secure clearance / discount from the Scholarship office before proceeding to the Accounting Office. Incoming students who would want to enroll in the College of Nursing must secure admission slip from the said College before taking the entrance test.
1. COLLEGE – Student presents photocopy of Transcript of Records. The College Dean evaluates student’s performance from the previous schools, conducts interview and recommends student for admission.
2. DSA – Student submits a handwritten letter addressed to the University President stating reason(s) for transfer, Certificate of Good Moral Character (original copy) and other non-academic records for verification, after which, he/she is interviewed and gets recommendation for testing.
3. SDPC – Student presents the DSA’s recommendation for testing and the testing fee receipt from the Accounting Office and submits 1 passport size ID picture with name tag. Student takes College Admission Test (CAT).
4. REGISTRAR – Student submits 1 passport size picture with name tag and original copies of Transcript of Records (TOR), Certificate of Transfer Credential (CTC), NCAE result (if available) and NSO Birth Certificate. Student fills out Student Information Sheet (SIS).
5. ACCOUNTING OFFICE – Student pays the initial payment of P1,500.00/partial payment and the mandatory fees such as TS Fee, UNORSSGO membership fee and College Council fees. Student receives Official Receipt (OR);
6. COLLEGE – Student submits SDPC test result (original and 1 photocopy) and 2 passport size pictures with name tag. Department head evaluates student’s load. Enrollment officer encodes student’s enrollment details. Student receives hard copy of enrolment form.
7. DSA – Student applies for student identification card. In accrediting the courses taken from other schools, the following must be considered:

In general, cross-enrollment is discouraged. However, for valid reason/s and subject to the condition/s set by the University, students may be permitted to cross-enroll in another school. Cross-enrollees are those who are enrolled simultaneously in two (2) schools with the approval of the Registrar upon the recommendation of the dean of their college.
Cross-enrollment in other schools during summer Students in the University may enroll in other schools during summer provided that:
they have a summer permit issued by the Registrar upon prior recommendation of the dean;
such school is authorized by CHED to operate;
the maximum number of units is nine (9);
the course is not a professional course.
Cross-enrollment to other schools
Enrollees of the university are allowed to cross-enroll to other schools during the regular semesters provided that they meet the following requirements/ conditions:
the course/s is/are not offered in the University;
they are graduating during the academic year;
the total number of units enrolled including the cross-enrolled units does not exceed the maximum allowable units in the semester;
the course is not a professional course;
they pay the registration fee prescribed by UNO-R;
the course description of the subject taken in the host school is similar to that of the mother school.
Cross-enrollees from other schools
Cross-enrollees from other schools may be admitted provided that:
they submit the Cross-Enrollment Permit duly signed by the Registrar of the school where they are officially enrolled to the Office of the Registrar of the University;
they submit the filled out Student Information Sheet to the Office of the Registrar;
they pay their tuition and other fees in full; Cross-enrollees must apply for ID at the DSA office.
Foreign Students shall follow the enrollment procedures for Transferees. They may be accepted provided they comply with and submit the following to the Registrar’s Office:
Transcript of Records (authenticated by the Philippine Embassy from the country of origin)
Photocopy of passport (page with picture and latest stamp by BID) for evaluation
Summer enrollment is allowed only to students who:
take regular courses/subjects as indicated in their curriculum; and
need to enroll their failed subjects
