A Drum and Bugle Competition (Grade school and High school category) opened the university week 2019 at the university amphitheater, September 9. It was participated by Doña Corazon Locsin Montelibano Elementary School, Andres Bonifacio Elementary School; Emiliano Lizares NHS; Manapla NHS; Tabao NHS; Our Lady of Purity NHS; Don HIlarion National High School; and Domingo Lacson National High School. Doña Corazon Locsin Montelibano Elementary School got the champion title for grade school while Don Hilarion NHS bagged the gold for the secondary level. The best Majorette awards were given to DCLMES and DHNHS.
Another opening salvo was held to usher in the celebration of the University week. The Opening Ceremony was held in the afternoon of Sept. 09 at 3 pm. Fray Don Besana, OAR opened the University Week 2019. Competition among colleges was held, where the 7 colleges and the Senior High School Dept. saw action.
