Luisa Medel National High School was hailed champion once again in the Drum and Bugle Corps Competition-Season 4 held at the university amphitheater, Sept. 7. Don Hilarion National High School was the 1st runner-up and Tabao National High School got the 2nd runner-up. Awarded as Most Disciplined group was Don Hilarion National High School while Biggest Delegation Award and Best Mother Majorette Award were awarded to Luisa Medal National High School. Eight high schools from all over the province joined the competition. The participating schools were Manapla National High School, Domingo National High School, Luisa Medal National High School, Our Lady of Purity Academy , Tabao National High School , Don Hilarion National High School , Escalante National High School , and Budlasan National High School. Cash prizes and trophies were given to the winners while the participating schools also received consolation prizes and a computer set. (Angel Javellana, BSMC 3)
