The Kasadyahan Dance Company (KDC) of the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos will run a show entitled “TAWO” 6 pm tonight, September 7, 2010 at University gymnasium.
Mr. Ruel Calansingin, the artistic director of the group said that “the show is in line with the U-Week’s theme ‘UNO-R: one heart, one family, saving mother earth’”. He added that the performance will primarily focus on the roles of humans in environmental degradation and protection.
The one-hour multimedia presentation is aimed at knowing and understanding the dynamics of the relationships of man to his environment. Audience will expect substantial dance performances from folk to modern and other forms of dances.
‘Hesus Manghigput’ was the KDC’s presentation last year.
