The University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos once again secured the crown as Cielo Marie Omboy from Grade 12 – St. Nicholas of Tolentine 02 triumphed as Ms. Teen NOPSSCEA during the Mr. and Ms. Teen Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports Cultural Educational Association (NOPSSCEA) 2023 held at VMA Global College and Training Centers Inc.’s gymnasium.
With flair and glamour, Omboy from Grade 12 – SNT-02 and Kenshin Chelstin Laurico from Grade 11 – Saint Joseph 02 represented the department in the said competition. Mr. Cheryl E. Pagunsan, NOPSSCEA Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Committee on Culture highlighted the event’s main objective to boost the candidates’ self-confidence, experience, camaraderie, and participation and instill the spirit of sportsmanship.
UNO-Rians celebrated as Ms. Teen NOPSSCEA 2022; Zoe Clarisse Limson passed down the crown to Cielo Marie Omboy, the newly declared Ms. Teen NOPSSCEA 2023.
