Mrs. Cherry Anne Biaco, Guidance Counselor at the Student Development and Placement Center (SDPC) qualified for the PRC Grandfather’s Clause and was eventually granted a PRC License as Registered Guidance Counselor. She took her oath last September 28 at the Manila Hotel. Mrs. Biaco is the first UNO-Rian to receive the PRC Grandfather’s Clause.
According to Dr. Jose Ferraris, SDPC Director, the school has pending applications for three more guidance counselors who will hopefully qualify for the PRC Grandfather’s Clause.
