STEP HOLDS TESOL SEMINAR CLOSING PROGRAM

The Special Technological and Educational Programs (STEP) office ended its four-week-long comprehensive seminar on Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) on August 16, 2019 at UNO-R Father Cuenca Hall. This educational program for Koreans and other foreign students is in partnership with Jason English Language School (JELS). Among the students of TESOL who finished the seminar are Park Hyeonhui (Heeyo), Lee Jeongbae (Jay), Hwang Sujeong (Sue), Kim Chohui (Sally), Kim Yoonha (Yuna) and Choi Eunmi (Eunice), all from Dong-A University, Korea. The program started with the usual opening formalities and was followed by a welcome message by Dr. Carlos Legaspi Jr., Director of External Affairs. Then, a demo teaching was conducted by Park Hyeonhui and Lee Jeongbae as they discussed the steps and tips on basic photography. Afterwards, they had received their certificate of completion from the office. Meanwhile, a message was delivered by Hwang Sujeong. The program has ended with a special number led by Kim Chohui, Kim Yoonha. The master of ceremony was Choi Eunmi. (by Elmeer Meeynard Calimpos)
