TCP/IP Seminar-Workshop conducted

The UNO-R College of Engineering in partnership with Smart Communications, Inc. thru Smart Wireless Engineering Education Program (SWEEP) conducted a Seminar-Workshop on Transmission Control Protocol/ Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) at the Fr. Cuenca Hall, Administration Building last April 25-26, 2008.

33 participants took part of the seminar which was composed of 11 faculties from the College of Engineering, 5 faculties from the College of Information Technology and 15 students from Electronics and Communications Engineering and Computer Engineering.

5 topics were tackled by Engr. Elpidio S. Jabonente, Jr., training fascilitator, namely Internet Infrastucture, OSI 7-layer model, TCP/IP Protocol Suite, Subnetting and TCP/IP Applications.
