The High School Department of UNO-R held their Achievers’ Quest at the President’s Hall, September 11. It was open to all elementary schools in Bacolod City. The Quest was joined by twelve schools, namely: Andres Bonifacio Elementary School; Apolinario Mabini Elementary School; Bago City Elementary School; Bata Elementary School; Bacolod Christian College of Negros; Corazon Montelibano Elementary School; ETCS 1; ETCS 2; R.A. Medel Senior Elementary School; Rizal Elementary School; Munting Tinig Learning Center; and Colegio San Agustin- Bacolod. The quiz included topics on the four major subjects: Math, Science, General Information and Communication Arts. It was composed of the easy, average and difficult rounds. France Alolod of Rizal Elementary School finished 1st place. While Kaila Guanzon of Apolinario Mabini Elementary School and Maybel Villas of ETCS 2 as 2nd and 3rd placers respectively. This is one way of promoting the high school department to the incoming graduating elementary students.
