Jenno Pellejo, a Senior student of the UNO-R High School Department, won Second Place in the Regional Leg of the 2nd Panay News Writing Competition last February 27 in Iloilo City.
Pellejo topped the Bacolod Eliminations as Champion last November 2008 winning for him the slot to represent Bacolod City in the regional level.
