The officers of the UNO-R Grade School Parents-Teachers Association, after a series of fund-raising activities, finally broke grounds for the construction of their PTA Multi-Purpose Hall after the 8AM Mass last Sunday, January 11.
At the proposed site (behind the Medical Technology laboratory and fronting the east parking area), a simple groundbreaking ceremony was held. Mr. Nestor Garcia, Principal, delivered the Welcome Address while PTA President Mrs. Ma. Judy Legaspi gave the rationale of the project. Groundbreaking followed as well as the laying of the time capsule. Fr. Antonio S. Limchaypo, OAR, Director for Basic Education, inspired those present with his Message during the program.
