The 9 other new Electronics Engineers are Mark Helson Artillaga; Helios Mark Balibalos; Christian Ciocon; Francisco Jubelag, Jr.; Melody Lyn Ladera; Peter Paul Laguardia; Felix Edmund Madamesila; Francisco Lloyd Mibato; and Alvin Angelo Saril.
