The College of Education Alumni Association held its 3rd Alumni Homecoming last February 28, 2009 at the UNO-R Auditorium. The whole day activity started with a Fun Run together with the PE students from the Provincial Lagoon and a Dance Aerobics at the UNO-R Amphitheater.

The induction of newly elected College of Education Alumni Association Officers headed by Fr. Antonio Limchaypo, OAR.
At the program, Fr. Antonio Limchaypo, OAR, VP-External Affairs, gave the Invocation wile Mrs. Zenaida S. Algara, Alumni President, delivered the Welcome Address. Alumni Secretary Mrs. Ma. Riza Manalo presented the alumni by batch. Mrs. Sol P. Abellar, OIC of the College, then gave the State of the College Address. Election and induction of the newly elected officers followed. The new set of officers is composed of Mrs. Ma. Elena Doruelo – President; Mrs. Sol Abellar – Over All Vice President; Mr. Stephen Arricivita – VP South; Mr. Dominador del Rosario – VP North; Mr. Jerome Dalumpines – VP Central; Mrs. Ma. Judy Legaspi – Secretary; Mrs. Rachelle Aure – Asst. Secretary; Ms. Leticia Yee – Treasurer; Mrs. Marcela Yap – Asst. Treasurer; Mr. Walter Arcenas and Mr. Mark Espinosa – PIO; Dr. Ma. Elena Defallo and Mrs. Zenaida Algara – Consultants; and Atty. Juanito Amihan – Legal Counsel. Inducting officer was Fr. Limchaypo.

Among the highlights of the program were the Taize Performance from Atty. Juanito Amihan, a Song Number from Mr. James Norico (former NOPSSCEA champion), and the Tribute to the former dean, Dr. Ma. Teresa Lagradilla.
