In view of the 50th Anniversary of Rev. Fr. Emeterio D. Buñao, OAR as a Religious of the Order of Augustinian Recollects (OAR), he has given a permission by the Prior Provincial to visit the Holy Land and the OAR communities in Spain and Rome. As provided in the REAP Bylaws and in UNO-R Administrative Manual, the Vice President for Administration takes over the management of the school in the absence of the University President. In regard, Rev Fr. Constatino B. Real, OAR, Vice President for Administration takes charge the responsibilities of the President, in the duration covering the period from October 15, 2013 to November 20, 2013.
