The Agriculture Department of the College of Arts and Sciences shall inaugurate its Greenhouse and Vegetable Project after a Blessing on July 17 at 8:30 a.m.
After the opening prayer and singing of the Philippine National Anthem, Dr. Juanita C. Magan, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, will deliver the Welcome Address. Dr. Ma. Corazon Acaba, Head of the Natural Sciences and Agriculture Department, will give the rationale behind the project.
Invited guest from the Commission on Higher Education, Dr. Alan Lena, will give a short message. Ribbon-cutting ceremony will follow with Fr. Joel Alve, OAR, Vice President for Academics, and Dr. Alan Lena and Rodney Ta-ala of CHED doing the honors. The blessing will be officiated by House Prior and Director of Scholarships, Fr. Emeterio D. Buñao, OAR. Fr. Alve will give the Closing Remarks during the program.
Dr. Maria Evangeline Cafino will serve as emcee during the program.
