Ms. Yolanda Porschwitz, Provincial Director of the Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA), was the Keynote Speaker during the Graduation Ceremony of the 12th batch of graduates who finished the six-month training course for caregivers under the Technical Education Department of UNO-R. The graduation ceremony followed the Eucharistic Celebration at 10:00 AM, February 26, at the Oratory of St. Nicholas of Tolentino.
During the program, Mrs. Diana Concepcion, Technical Education Staff, presented the candidates for graduation while University President, Fr. Sixto Bitangjol, OAR, confered the course in health caregiving to the candidates. Awarding of outstanding students and recognition of TESDA Competency Assessment successful examinee followed. After the message from Ms. Porschwitz was the distribution of certificates by Father President, Ms. Porschwitz, and Mrs. Carmenda Leonoras, University Registrar. To cap the ceremony, Class President Mrs. Marichelle Isabelle Adigue delivered the Words of Thanks.
