It coincided with the installation of the newly appointed Lay Administrators. Fr. Joel Alve, OAR is also the Vice-President for Student Welfare and the NSTP Director.
Dr. Jose B. Ferraris, outgoing Dean of the College and the new SDPC Director, gave his accomplishment report after Ms. Nilda M. Jamili, the Associate Officer of HRMO, explained the rationale of the turn-over ceremony.
Rev. Fr. Raul Buhay, OAR, Vice President for Academics read the appointment of the new Dean. Fr. Joel Alve, OAR accepted the task with humility and gave his acceptance speech with a spiderman quote; “Great Power comes with Great Responsibility”.
The reading of appointments of the RPDO, SDPC and the Assistant Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences was done by Fr. Raul M. Buhay, OAR. Fr. Antonio S. Limchaypo, OAR, the outgoing UCDO Director, read the appointment of the new UCDO Director.
Dr. Roy John De la Torre, Dr. Jose B. Ferraris, Ms. Marian M. Eusoya and Dr. Evangeline O. Aboyo were newly appointed as RPDO Director, SDPC Director, Assistant Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and UCDO Director respectively.
Dr. Evangeline O. Aboyo, the new UCDO Director, gave the statement of commitment for the newly appointed Lay Administrators.
The event ended with an inspirational message from the University Acting President, Rev. Fr. Sixto M. Bitangjol, OAR.
