Students must comply with the following requirements first before taking the exam.

Freshmen

1. High School Card
2. Receipt of payment from the accounting office (P150.00)
3. 1 piece 1×1 ID picture
4. 1 long brown envelope
5. Pencil with eraser

Transferees

1. Application form for transfer signed by the DSA and College Dean
2. Receipt of testing fee from the accounting office (P150.00)
3. 1 piece 1×1 ID picture
4. 1 long brown envelope
5. Pencil with eraser

Exam Schedule

Mondays to Fridays – 9:00 am and 2:00 pm
Registration: 8:30 am and 1:30 pm

Registration:8:30 am
Saturdays – 9:00 am
