Step 1: ACCOUNTING OFFICE
- ♦ Student pays the initial (Php1000.00)/ partial payment and the mandatory fees such as TS fee, SSG membership fee, and College Council fee.
Step 2: COLLEGE
♦ Student presents his/her report card and certificate of payment to the Academic adviser for evaluation.
♦ Academic adviser checks submitted documents and provides student with courses to enroll. Student receives hard copy of evaluation form.
Step 3: ST. EZEKIEL MORENO LABORATORY
- ♦ Student encodes his/her courses using Pinnacle System (AIMS). Student gets printed copy of his/her enrolment form (student’s copy).
Step 4: COLLEGE
- ♦ Enrolling officer examines consistency of entries in enrolment form and evaluation form.
Step 5: DSA
♦ Student applies for school identification card.
