Newly appointed Bacolod City Police Office chief is an alumnus of UNO-R. Sr. Supt. Edgardo Ordaniel will be the new BCPO Chief after the turn-over of command from Sr. Supt. Ricardo dela Paz. Meanwhile, Sr. Supt. Celestino Guarra will replace Sr. Supt. Milko Lirazan at the Negors Occidental Police Provincial office. Both were among the 50 Outstanding alumni awardees during the celebration of UNO-R@50.
