Two of the thirteen graduates from Region VI of the Public Safety Officers’ Basic Course (PSOBC) class 2011-133 are READS (SAP) alumni. They are PINSP Leo Estopa and PINSP Charlie Sebastian. Their graduation ceremony last November 22 was held at the planta Hotel and Residences. The Guest of honor and Speaker was Dr. Marcelino A. Lipana, VP for Administration, Philippine Public Safety College & OIC, National Police College. There were forty-seven graduates: thirteen from the Region VI, 14 from Region VII and 20 from Region VIII. The lateral program course commenced Nov. 4, 2011 and ended Nov 22, 2012 which was held at the Regional Training School 6, Bakyas, Mansilingan, Bacolod City. PSUPT Fabiano B D Sudario Jr. is the Regional Training Director.
