Please be informed that Car Pass Stickers for School Year 2022-2023 are now available at the Safety and Security Office (SSD).
To facilitate and expedite your requests, kindly secure and present the following:
- For Renewal:
- Fill up two copies of car pass sticker application forms. (Available at the SSD office)
- Receipt of payment from the Accounting Office.
- For new applicants:
- Fill up two copies of car pass sticker application forms. (Available at the SSD office)
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (CR) / LTO Official Receipt (OR)
- Receipt of payment from the Accounting Office.
Car Sticker Fee
โฑ350 for administrators, faculty, and employees
โฑ400 for parents, students, and concessionaires
Motorcycle Sticker Fee
โฑ250 for administrators, faculty, and employees
โฑ300 for parents, students, and concessionaires
Deadline of registration will be on November 4, 2022
