By virtue of Republic Act No. 10966, also known as “An Act Declaring December 8 of Every Year a Special Non-working Holiday in the Entire Country to Commemorate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary, the Principal Patroness of the Philippines”, December 8, 2021, will be a Non-working day at UNO-R.
As a Catholic University and devotes of Mother Mary, let us be reminded that is a Holy Day of Obligation, thus, let us ensure that we offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in honor of the Mother of our Lord.
