Commission on Higher Education Regional Office VI (CHEDRO VI) Director IV Maura Consolacion D. Cristobal, Ed.D, CESO III issued a Certificate of Authority to reopen campus for the conduct of Limited face-to-face classes for Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (BSMT)/ Medical Laboratory Science degrees.
The certificate is issued after the university has complied with the requirements of CHED and the Department of Health (DOH) under the joint Memo no 2021-001 effective December 27, 2021 – December 26, 2022.
The authority shall be subject to revocation if the institution fails to maintain and comply with the rules and regulations stated in the said joint circular on limited face-to face classes.
